UFC Top Contender Dan "The Outlaw" Hardy Picks Georges St. Pierre as Best Pound for Pound MMA Fighter

(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 01, 2010 ) Newport Coast, CA - It should come to no surprise that England’s growing list of UFC top contenders calls out one of MMA’s most respected fighters in Georges St. Pierre. Dan “The Outlaw” Hardy got the nickname as being a sort of a Robin Hood as he explained to the cast of MMABAY Radio and he believes GSP is just human.

Dan Hardy told us, “I know GSP is a great wrestler and will probably take me down, he has never fought a fighter like me, I plan to simply knock him out, everyone thinks GSP is almost untouchable at the end of the day he is just human.” The game plan described by Hardy is to back out if and when GSP takes him down, and hit him on the chin and put him to sleep. He also says after he beats GSP he understands that he will have to defend his title a few times and beat the Fitches, Alves’, and possibly other until people realize he is the real deal.

In other Profightnetwork (PFN) announcements, Randy Couture did an exclusive 40 minute in depth interview and overall analysis. This took place a few hours after the Hardy interview, Couture gives a fighter by fighter analysis of the top 10 MMA fighters at the 205 weight division. Couture also gives his pick as the top MMA pound-for-pound fighter in the world. All interviews can be downloaded either at www.ProFightNetwork.com or www.MMABAY.co.uk . Visit ProFightNetwork MMA forum as it recently overtook a MMA forum thoroughbred, Sherdog, in Google rankings and is becoming a very popular hangout for MMA personalities, NFL players, and of course MMA fighters as well.
