(Health-NewsWire.Net, January 12, 2015 ) London, Ontario -- Per4mance fitness studio announced today the availability of a new video published on YouTube , which shows a very comprehensive workout consisting of different exercises for the major muscles in the body.
In the video, Mr. Ramirez along with one of Per4mance fitness studios long client shows how to correctly implement exercises for legs, arms, shoulders, chest and back which will help in the burning of calories and to get in good shape. The idea of the video is that people can follow instructions directly from Mr. Ramirez who is a personal trainer who has the necessary experience to teach people how to exercise with the correct form.
The first exercise for legs and shoulders is the squad with shoulder press, which has to be repeated 10 times. The second exercise has to be performed with the anchor door and it works the Chest area with a combination of two moves (Press and fly) it also has to be repeated 10 times. The third exercise for legs is the static lunge and it has to be repeated 10 times on each leg. The last exercise is the pull down for the back and the anchor door is needed as well. The video last approximately six minutes, however that is not the entire workout, that is the beginning of the workout and each move should be repeated 3 more times for a total of four sets.
More videos showing different exercises for each part of the body are expected in the next few weeks.
