(Health-NewsWire.Net, March 30, 2015 ) Guelph, Ontario -- Health and fitness company Forged Champion has just announced an upcoming ebook that they will be giving away with their Adjustable High Speed Jump Rope product that they sell on Amazon. The book is going to contain tips and advice on adjusting the jump rope properly and how to use it properly, as well as information on workout progression and variables.
The books main feature will be the 30 plus jump rope conditioning routines that are separated into 3 categories: beginner, intermediate and advanced. This will allow the user to be able to slowly progress in their cardiovascular conditioning and health.
There will also be a section explaining all the different types of body weight exercises in the routines and how they are performed. Diagrams will be used in this section of the book to help in explaining how to perform the exercises with perfect form.
Forged Champion has stated that the ebook will be ready within two weeks and anyone that purchased a jump rope before then will have it emailed to them.
Adjusting the jump rope is very simple and does not require a screw driver at all but may require wire cutters, or at the very least a sharp pair of scissors. To adjust to the right length the user stands on the midpoint of the rope with 1 foot and pulls the handles to their chest (armpit level) and use the screw adjustment to adjust the rope to the right length. It is recommended the user keeps the jump rope long and shortens the cable to the appropriate length as the user becomes more experienced with the product. If the user wishes to share their jump rope with a workout partner then it is not recommended the user cuts the rope.
