(Health-NewsWire.Net, February 23, 2016 ) Brussels, Belgium -- The Brussels Yoga Loft is always seeking to find exciting ideas that will make their students' experience at the Yoga Loft more exciting. The Ashtanga system of Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a series of postures that make ones body produce intense internal heat and sweat profusely. The Brussels Yoga Loft has now subdivided this type of yoga into two different divisions (Vinyasa I and Vinyasa II). Vinyasa I, is easier and advisable for beginners and Vinyasa II is intermediate and more intense compared to Vinyasa I.
The beginners' yoga sessions will aim at taking the students through the yoga steps with moderation. They will be taking place on Mondays at 6:30 pm and will be facilitated by Marta. One does not need to have any prior skills of the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga in order to attend these sessions. The teachers will ensure that the students are comfortable in any postures. Additionally, the teachers will try to ensure that the students' need have been met. The beginner's class also focuses on the philosophy, language and practical knowledge of yoga. Students will receive knowledge to enhance their practice whether professionally or just for personal reasons.
The intermediate class (Vinyasa II) focuses on advancing the Ashtanga skills. They will be taking place on Monday at 7:45 pm. The class aims at enhancing the students practice through unique poses and how they relate to ones body needs since it deeply works on the muscle areas. Through this, a student will be able to have lighter yoga flow that will offer him or her the required focused concentration on other aspects of yoga such as breathing and meditation. This class challenges the student, while enhancing his or her mental and physical body in various ways.
